Psychometric Tests

Big Five Profile

The Big Five Profile is a personality test that analyzes five major personality traits based on the Five Factor model of personality, and can be applied to all profiles, including young people. The Big Five is a classical model in psychology and is widely recognized as a benchmark for describing personality. This model highlights the main personality traits that differentiate people and are developed early in an individual. These traits remain relatively stable throughout people’s lifespans and are unlikely to change during the course of their life. This also makes the Big Five Profile an assessment that is suitable for individuals of all ages, including adolescents.

This two-dimensional approach reflects the dynamics and subtlety of personality and motivations, better than an one-dimensional approach. Due to its ipsative structure using the Thurstonian IRT method, the questionnaire minimizes the impact of social desirability, thereby increasing its reliability.
