KAGUNDA CHEGE, Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant in Organization Development.

Mr. Chege has served as information manager for a local FBO; as Director of Planning and Information Management in a regional position overseeing the function in 21 countries in Southern and Eastern Africa; and as Country Manager for an international FBO in Mozambique, amongst other assignments.

Mr. Chege holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, an MA in Leadership & Management, and an MSc in Entrepreneurship. He is a professional life and leadership coach and a member of the International Coach Federation.

JULIA KAGUNDA, Communications and Counseling Consultant.

She has taught, consulted and practiced widely in communications. She combines her expertise in communication with counseling which makes her a very effective communicator at an interpersonal level.

She holds a BA and MA in Communications from Daystar University; and a MA in Counseling Psychology from USIU-Africa. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Communication for Development.

MUTHONI OMUKHANGO, Financial analysis and organizational development consultant.

She has experience as a Marketing Manager with an international publisher; has served as a lead Business Consultant with a local consulting firm; and also as a Business & Investment Analyst for a group of companies with investments in sectors such as finance, education, media, hospitality and real estate.

Ms. Omukhango has been actively involved in business management, research & marketing, accounting and business analysis for over ten years. She holds a BA in Finance & Banking, Diploma in Business Management & Entrepreneurship, and Certificate in Finance and Business Analysis.

EUNICE KABUGI, Human Resource Management consultant.

Having worked with a number of local organizations, Ms. Kabugi brings over 5 years of experience in human resource management for Halisi Consulting clients.

She holds a Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Human Resource Management.

RAYMOND OCHIENG, Lead consultant for Hospitality at Halisi Consulting.

He has served in HR and Administration in the service industry for 8 years, starting off in the Transport and Logistics industry where he supported the equatorial region before joining the Hospitality industry.

Raymond holds a BSc. in Information Systems and Technology and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management in addition to various personal development certificates in HR management. He is a registered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).

JOY MURUKU, Communications and Marketing Consultant.

She is a graduate from Daystar University with a Bachelors’ degree in Communication and a minor in marketing.

At Halisi Group, Ms. Muruku handles communication components including writing, social media management, manages client relationships, event organization, planning and coordinating. She is also involved in development and implementation of communication strategies. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK).

ERIC MUTUGI, Information Technology Consultant.

He has previously served in the ICT department of the Kenyan Parliament as well as Fountain Enterprises Program (a business conglomerate).

Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Technology from Meru University of Science and Technology and also holds a certificate in CPA

SUSAN MAKENA, Administrative Assistant.

Ms. Makena is a competent professional with hands-on experience in clerical support tasks and is well-versed in performing a variety of administrative tasks. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
